La ética del discurso y las nuevas filosofías del sujeto

Abstract

En este trabajo se lleva a cabo un repaso al debate sostenido entre Jürgen Habermas y Ernst Tugendhat en torno al problema de la fundamentación de la moral. Además de las principales críticas desarrolladas por Tugendhat a la ética del discurso y la réplica de Habermas, se revisan algunas de las aportaciones a este tema de Javier Muguerza, quien, junto con Tugendhat, ha contribuido a desarrollar lo que denomino las nuevas filosofías del sujeto.

This paper reviews the debate between Jürgen Habermas and Ernst Tugendhat around the problem of the foundation of morality. In addition to the main criticisms developed by Tugendhat to the ethics of discourse and Habermas’s reply, some of the contributions to this subject by Javier Muguerza are reviewed who, together with Tugendhat, has contributed to developing what I call the new philosophies of the subject.
