Inmigración Canaria en Luisiana

Abstract

Se trata de un proyecto de innovación cuyo objetivo es el aprendizaje del concepto de migración. Además, trataremos sus causas y consecuencias a lo largo de la historia. Lo trabajaremos de manera didáctica, haciendo uso de las TIC´s. Se realizará en los cursos de primaria, más concretamente en 5º de Primaria, será en este curso puesto que se considera un tema de interés para el alumnado puesto que podrían estar involucrados de manera directa o indirectamente, ya que la inmigración es un tema de rabiosa actualidad. Seguramente, los alumnos/as habrán oído los conceptos de inmigración y emigración, pero no conocen la diferencia que existe entre ambos, además de tampoco conocer el porqué las personas realizan estos movimientos migratorios y las consecuencias que ello conlleva, por esto, nuestro objetivo es tratar de que los alumnos/as entiendan el por qué de ello y la diferencia que había entre ambos conceptos a lo largo de diferentes periodos de tiempo. Esto quiere decir que trabajaremos ambos conceptos desde el siglo XVI hasta la actualidad. La principal asignatura en la que profundizaremos con este proyecto será la de Ciencias Sociales, sin embargo trataremos de manera transversal la asignatura de Lengua Castellana y Literatura, ya que trabajaremos criterios y contenidos de ambas áreas del currículo de Educación Primaria.

This is an innovation project whose objective is to learn about the concept of migration and its causes and consequences throughout history, we will work on it in a didactic way, making use of ICTs. It will be carried out in the primary school years, more specifically in the 5th year of Primary School, as it is considered to be a topic of interest for the pupils as they could be directly or indirectly involved, as well as being a highly topical issue. Surely the pupils will have heard the concepts of immigration and emigration, but they do not know the difference between the two, nor do they know why people make these migratory movements and the consequences that this entails, so our aim is to try to make the pupils understand the reasons for this and the difference between the two concepts over different periods of time. This means that we will work on the concept from the 16th century to the present day. The main subject we will be working on with this project is Social Sciences, but we will also work transversally with Language and Literature, as we will be working on criteria and content from both areas of the Primary Education curriculum.
