In this project, a series of installations will be made for a single-family home, for use
as a holiday home, so that it is sustainable, adapting it to the current needs of
renewable energies, thus reducing the environmental impact of the home.
An electrical installation project for the home will be carried out based on the Low
Voltage Electrotechnical Regulation. Where different circuits will be implemented
depending on their use in the home.
In the same way, taking into account the conditions of energy efficiency, a photovoltaic
solar installation and thermal solar energy will be made to generate electricity and hot
water. For this, 10 solar panels and an inverter with a production capacity of 4150W
will be installed. The panels will be located on one of the roofs of the house and the
inverter at the entrance of the house, so as to take advantage of as much space as
possible.
For the generation of domestic hot water, a 150L thermosyphon will be installed,
sufficient capacity to supply water consumption.
A lighting study will also be carried out for each room in the house, in such a way that
it will be possible to know the number of luminaires necessary for each space.
Finally, a study will be carried out for the implementation of a rainwater collection
system.
