El objetivo de este trabajo es analizar los procesos de implementación de los sistemas de
gestión ambiental en los alojamientos turísticos de destinos turísticos maduros. Se
pretende comprender las razones por las que se aplican tales sistemas. Para ello se analiza
un estudio de casos, el de la cadena hotelera Fedola.
The objective of this work it is to visualize of environmental management systems in
tourist accommodations mature tourist destinations. It aims to understand the reasons why
such systems are applied. To do a case study, the Fedola the hotel chain is analyzed.
