The aim of this research is to propose a model for the adoption of virtual tools by university teachers in the context of COVID-19. The methodology is quantitative based on the collection of 123 questionnaires in universities in Medellín (Colombia). This model is due to the articulation of three of the technology adoption models (TRA, TPB and TAM). Among the results, it is observed that the most influential variables on the use of virtual tools by teachers are compatibility, self-efficacy, previous experience, satisfaction, availability of infrastructure, administrative intervention, social influence and technical supportes_ES
