dc.description.abstractThe objective of this work is to design and calculate a structure of reinforced concrete for the service sector. This project has been done in the academic field in order to complete the Mechanical Engineering Degree. The building has been designed with the purpose of housing coworking spaces, as well as individual offices and meeting rooms. In addition, there will be a space reserved for cafeteria. This building will be located on a central plot that belongs to the municipality of Santa Cruz de Tenerife. To achieve this goal, the structure and foundation of the building were designed and calculated. Furthermore, there has been made a proper interior layout of the building. For the possible execution of the structure, an estimated price has been established. Lastly, highlighting the fact that the different legal provisions related to each area of the project have been applied and a series of computer programs have been used to carry out this work.en
