Tratamiento y visualización de datos abiertos sobre la demografía en España

Abstract

Durante los últimos años ha tenido lugar acontecimientos negativos que han afectado directamente a la demografía del país, como es el caso de la pandemia Covid-19. Sin embargo, existe un porcentaje de la población que no es plenamente consciente de las consecuencia de estos hechos, o simplemente se niegan a comprender la situación. Es por ello, que el presente proyecto tiene como objetivo realizar un prototipo FullStack, donde se traten, actualicen y visualicen automáticamente, datos referentes a la demografía del país, a fin de concienciar a la población mediante información verídica, y evitar se repitan acontecimientos como los sucedidos. Todo esto a su vez, se ha realizado siguiendo tendencias actuales como Big Data y datos abiertos. La aplicación estará disponible tanto en la web, como en dispositivos Android. Y para obtener las distintas colecciones de datos acerca la demografía del País, se empleará la API pública de datos abiertos ofrecida por el Gobierno de España. Finalmente se ha llevado una investigación de las tecnologías más adecuadas para el desarrollo del prototipo, así como un análisis de la competencia más relevante en el sector, y un estudio de la viabilidad económica de este proyecto en un ámbito profesional.

In recent years, negative events have taken place that have directly affected the country’s demographics, such as the Covid-19 pandemic. However, there is a percentage of the population that is not fully aware of the consequences of these events, or simply refuse to understand the situation. For this reason, this project aims to make a Full-Stack prototype, where data referring to the country’s demography is automatically processed, updated and displayed, in order to raise awareness among the population through accurate information, and avoid repeating events such as those that occurred. All of this, in turn has been done following current trends such as Big Data and open data. The app will be available on both the web and Android devices. And to obtain the different data collections about the demography of the Country, the public open data API offered by the Government of Spain, will be used. Finally, a study of the most appropriate technologies for the development of the prototype has been carried out, as well as the most relevant competition in the sector, and a study of the economic viability of this project in a professional environment.
