dc.description.abstractLos derechos fundamentales se caracterizan por su inherencia a todos los seres humanos por el simple hecho de existir. No incurren en distinción alguna por circunstancias personales o sociales. Por ello, nuestra Constitución Española otorga el máximo nivel de protección a estos derechos que desempeñan un papel fundamental en la sociedad del siglo XXI. Este trabajo tendrá por objeto uno de estos derechos contenidos en el Título I, Capitulo II, Sección I de la Constitución Española: la libertad de expresión. En la actualidad, la libertad de expresión constituye un instrumento clave en el día a día de los ciudadanos, pieza imprescindible en el Estado social y democrático de derecho. Su ejercicio y el de tantos otros se han visto multiplicados exponencialmente por la aparición de Internet. Se trata de un mundo virtual paralelo al espacio físico donde las personas continúan siendo titulares de derechos. Esto ha dado lugar a nuevas formas de injerencia en otros derechos fundamentales y nuevos medios de comisión de delitos.es_ES
dc.description.abstractFundamental rights are characterized by their inherence to all human beings by the simple fact of existing. They do not incur any distinction due to personal or social circumstances. For this reason, our Spanish Constitution grants the highest level of protection to these rights, which play a fundamental role in the society of the 21st century. This work will have as its object one of these rights contained in Title I, Chapter II, Section I of the Spanish Constitution: freedom of expression. At present, freedom of expression is a key instrument in the daily life of citizens, an essential piece in the social and democratic State of law. His practice and that of many others have been multiplied exponentially by the appearance of the Internet. It is a virtual world parallel to the physical space where people continue to be holders of rights. This has given rise to new forms of interference with other fundamental rights and new means of committing crimes.en
