Escuela de familias, cómo estimular adecuadamente a tu hijo/a prematuro/a por medio de la atención temprana

Abstract

En este proyecto de innovación nos encontramos con la necesidad de crear una escuela para familias que acaban de tener un hijo/a prematuro/a. Esta necesidad surge, principalmente porque diversas familias ante esta situación, sienten tras el alta hospitalaria, que no tienen la información necesaria para criar a su hijo/a de una manera correcta y sana de cara a su desarrollo. Con nuestro proyecto de innovación queremos conseguir que las familias cuando salgan del hospital y se vayan a casa, sientan que tienen toda la información que necesitan para criar y estimular al bebé de la mejor forma posible teniendo en cuenta sus características. Debido a ello, vamos a realizar una charla-taller en el hospital con las familias antes de que se les den el alta a sus hijos/as. En esta charla se tratarán cuestiones relacionadas con las características de un niño/a prematuro, la alimentación… Así como, intentaremos resolver todas las dudas que las personas asistentes puedan tener. Por último, antes de finalizar la charla-taller, les entregaremos un folleto que contiene varios consejos y una propuesta de actividades para realizar en casa.

In this innovation project we found the need to create a school for families who have just had a premature child. This need arises, mainly because several families in this situation, feel after hospital discharge, that they do not have the necessary information to raise their child in a correct and healthy way for their development. With our innovation project we want to make families feel that when they leave the hospital and go home, they have all the information they need to raise and stimulate the baby in the best possible way, taking into account its characteristics. Because of that, we will hold a workshop-talk at the hospital with the families before their children are discharged from the hospital. In this talk we will deal with questions related to the characteristics of a premature child, feeding... We will also try to solve all the doubts that the families may have. Finally, before the end of the workshop, we will give them a booklet containing several tips and a proposal of activities to do at home.
