El proyecto profesional y la construcción de itinerarios de inserción laboral del pedagogo

Abstract

Mediante este trabajo de fin de grado se pretende realizar una propuesta de proyecto profesional donde se establezca la visión de futuro profesional de las personas encargadas de realizar este proyecto, estableciendo las metas y objetivos que pretenden cumplir en un determinado plazo de tiempo. La realización del proyecto tiene relación con el grado que se ha cursado durante estos últimos años, puesto que el papel del orientador laboral es el de aportar herramientas a otros profesionales sobre cómo abordar esta nueva etapa en su vida, aplicando los conocimientos teóricos y prácticos para alcanzar el éxito en el terreno laboral. Por tanto, la propuesta de este trabajo de fin de grado es la de analizar mediante un proyecto profesional real las diferentes herramientas y metodologías que se pueden emplear para cumplir con los objetivos del proyecto, dando una visión global de la gestión del mismo y el éxito que puede tener su realización, dando por último una visión de los profesionales que han realizado este proyecto sobre las lecciones y conocimientos aprendidos durante el proceso de realización de esta propuesta, y los conocimientos que han adquirido y que les puede ser de ayuda en un futuro.

Through this bachelor's degree thesis, the aim is to develop a proposal for a professional project that establishes the professional future vision of the people in charge of carrying out this project, setting the goals and objectives they aim to achieve within a certain time frame. The project is related to the degree that has been studied during these last years since the role of the career advisor is to provide tools to other professionals on how to approach this new stage in their life, applying theoretical and practical knowledge to achieve success in the workplace. Therefore, the proposal of this bachelor's thesis is to analyze, through a real professional project, the different tools and methodologies that can be used to meet the project's objectives, providing a comprehensive view of its management and the success that its implementation can have. Finally, it will offer a view of the professionals who have carried out this project on the lessons and knowledge learned during the process of developing this proposal, and the knowledge they have acquired that can be helpful in the future.
