Acoso escolar: experiencia personal del docente y la prevención del fenómeno a través de la metodología investigacional.

Abstract

El acoso escolar ha propiciado un estado de alerta en la sociedad desde el principio del desarrollo de la educación. Se trata de determinadas acciones que se han repetido en distintas épocas, culturas y países a nivel mundial. Hace un tiempo estas situaciones de violencia se manifestaban como algo tradicional que se debía experimentar de manera individual para que el crecimiento del alumnado se desarrollara naturalmente. En la actualidad, se ha optado por tomar una postura más rígida y responsable contra este fenómeno dado que representa un verdadero impedimento a la hora de facilitar el desarrollo del alumnado en las distintas etapas académicas. A lo largo de la historia, el acoso escolar ha significado un problema para la sociedad que directa o indirectamente afecta al colectivo estudiantil. Al estar directamente relacionado con el desarrollo evolutivo del alumnado y su personalidad, resulta preocupante que este fenómeno ocurra durante la etapa en la que se inicia el proceso de socialización entre los estudiantes. A pesar de los esfuerzos, el tiempo y las herramientas que la sociedad ha invertido para combatir el acoso escolar, sigue siendo un problema generalizado que afecta a millones de personas en todo el mundo. Comprender la evolución del acoso y las diversas formas que puede adoptar es un factor determinante de cara a abordar el problema con el objetivo de promover un entorno seguro y saludable para todos los alumnos. Es por ello, que se ha considerado esta temática como objeto de estudio, ya que al estar directamente relacionada con el ambiente escolar, su desarrollo y la evolución de la personalidad de un individuo, surge la necesidad de estudiar todo lo que envuelve a esta problemática. La motivación para la realización de este trabajo de investigación surge a raíz de vivencias personales estrechamente relacionadas al acoso escolar durante la etapa primaria, marcando la percepción del entorno educativo de manera permanente. Por ello, este trabajo de investigación supone un objetivo y de manera simultánea, una necesidad para el investigador, dado que se desea desentrañar todos los elementos que envuelven a esta problemática con la finalidad de mejorar la docencia en el futuro cercano. Por otra parte, esta investigación se ve motivada por la gran influencia global que han generado las situaciones de acoso o conflicto en los centros educativos, principalmente en la etapa primaria. Por tal motivo, este estudio busca obtener una síntesis de la situación actual del acoso escolar, su percepción en el paso del tiempo, los motivos 5 que promueven estas acciones y la implicación que los docentes pueden desarrollar a lo largo de sus carreras para tratar y solucionar el conflicto junto con aquellas herramientas que se han diseñado para el tratamiento de esta problemática. Además, se debe destacar que metodológicamente, esta investigación se realiza atendiendo a aquellos aspectos de carácter objetivo como: el origen del problema, desarrollo del mismo y el tratamiento que se tiene en cuenta en las situaciones de acoso escolar en conjunto con los planes de actuación establecidos por ley. A su vez, en relación a aquellos aspectos de carácter subjetivo-personales se mencionarán aquellos relacionados a la propia vivencia de los sujetos frente al acoso, los rasgos mas determinantes que perciben frente al alumnado y la aplicación de los protocolos en conjunto con el resultado obtenido a lo largo de sus carreras como docentes. A partir de esta recopilación de información en formato de entrevista se busca comparar y analizar el objeto de estudio a través del centro seleccionado en conjunto con la cooperación de los miembros del equipo docente y directivo de dicha institución.

Understanding the evolution of bullying and the various forms it can take is a determining factor in addressing the problem with the aim of promoting a safe and healthy environment for all students. That is why this subject has been considered as an object of study, since being directly related to the school environment, its development and the evolution of the personality of an individual, the need arises to study everything that surrounds this problem. . The motivation for carrying out this research work arises from specific personal experiences related to bullying during the primary stage, permanently marking the perception of the educational environment. Therefore, this research work is an objective and simultaneously, a necessity for the researcher, since it is desired to unravel all the elements that surround this problem in order to improve teaching in the near future. On the other hand, this research is motivated by the great global influence that bullying or conflict situations have generated in educational centers, mainly in the primary stage. For this reason, this seeks to obtain a synthesis of the current situation of bullying, its perception in the passage of study time, the reasons. In addition, it should be noted that methodologically, this research is carried out taking into account those aspects of an objective nature such as: the origin of the problem, its development and the treatment that is taken into account in situations of bullying in conjunction with the action plans. established by law.
