Percepción del alumnado, según su origen social, sobre la actuación docente.

Abstract

Con la elaboración de este Trabajo de Fin de Grado, se pretende realizar una investigación educativa con el fin de analizar las percepciones que posee el alumnado, en función de su origen social, sobre la actuación de los/as docentes. Esta investigación se ha llevado a cabo mediante la realización de cuestionarios para los/as estudiantes del tercer ciclo de Educación Primaria, concretamente de 5º y 6º de Primaria de dos centros educativos. Estos colegios tienen características socioeconómicas completamente diferentes, lo que nos facilita datos específicos sobre aquellos factores distintivos que inciden entre un colegio público y uno privado. Este estudio ha permitido dar voz a los/as alumnos/as con el objeto de conocer sus opiniones, sentimientos y percepciones sobre el profesorado, así como indagar en si son adecuados los métodos de evaluación llevados a cabo, identificar las características que influyen en la relación tanto formal como informal del alumnado con la figura del/a profesor/a o comprobar si se cumplen las competencias docentes que todo/a instructor/a educativo/a debe desempeñar en el ámbito educativo.

The purpose of this Final Degree Project is to carry out an educational research in order to analyze the perceptions students have about the performance of teachers according to their social origin. This research has been carried out by means of questionnaires for students in the third cycle of Primary Education, specifically in the 5th and 6th grades of Primary Education in two schools. These schools have completely different socioeconomic characteristics, which provide us with specific data on those distinctive factors that affect both public and private school. This study has made it possible to give voice to the students in order to know their opinions, feelings and perceptions about the teachers, as well as to find out whether or not the evaluation methods used are adequate, to identify the characteristics that influence the formal and informal relationship between the student and the teacher have; to verify whether the teaching competencies that all educational instructors should have in the educational environment are fulfilled.
