Un fandango de plata: de las relaciones artísticas y nuevas aportaciones en torno a La Argentina y el ballet El fandango del candil

Abstract

Visión de las relaciones artísticas producidas durante la vida de Les Ballets Espagnols de La Argentina, los cuales cambiaron la percepción artística dentro del panorama dancístico español, a través del análisis de uno de sus Ballets: El fandango del Candil. Este estudio tiene como fin clarificar la idea y estructura compositiva original, mantenimiento y transformaciones acaecidas en este ballet, a través de un estudio y análisis de la partitura original cedida por la Residencia de Estudiantes de Madrid. Además, busca poner en valor a los componentes creativos que junto a la bailarina crearon uno de los primeros ballets con argumento que unían bajo la guía coreográfica las artes plásticas, musicales y dramáticas en un espectáculo de arte total.

The objective of this paper is to present a vision of the masterpieces of several artists who were involved in the existence of Les Ballets Espagnols de La Argentina and changed the perception of the Spanish dance scene through the analysis of one of their ballets called El fandango del Candil. Thus, the aim of this paper is to clarify the original compositional structure, maintenance and transformations that occurred this ballet by studying and analyzing the original sheet music provided by La Residencia de Estudiantes de Madrid. Furthermore, it seeks to highlight the creative components that, together with the dancer, created one of the first ballets with a plot that under the plastic, musical and dramatic arts under choreographic guidance in an ultimate art performance.
