Las novedades responden a esas premisas, lo que da lugar a la creación del catálogo insular, instrumento clave en la reforma, y a un mayor control hacia la actividad de los municipios en esta materia. | |
| dc.description.abstract | The new Cultural Heritage Law of the Canary Islands is based on two ideas: reinforcement of the powers of the Island Councils and distrust of municipalities in the protection of cultural heritage.
