La motivación en el alumnado de Formación Profesional: una revisión sistemática

Abstract

Cuando pensamos en la educación que hemos recibido y recibiremos a lo largo de nuestra vida, es interesante plantearnos cuáles son los motivos que nos llevan a elegirla, superarla y comprometernos con nuestro futuro y nuestra formación. Por ello, es fundamental conocer qué es la motivación, los tipos de motivación que existen, las teorías que la abordan y cuál es su papel en el campo de la educación. Es importante su estudio en la Formación Profesional ya que se ha demostrado que tiene implicaciones tanto en la elección de la carrera, como en la intención de abandono y en la satisfacción con la educación recibida. En este Trabajo Fin de Máster, se realiza una revisión sistemática para hacer una aproximación a este concepto y su repercusión educativa a través de la literatura científica existente, con el objetivo de hacer un análisis de la misma aplicada a la formación profesional. A su vez, este trabajo pretende sentar las bases para futuras investigaciones que tomen como punto de partida los hallazgos realizados en el mismo.

When we think about the education we have received and will receive throughout our lifetime, it is interesting to ask ourselves what are the reasons that make us to choose it, to overcome it and to engage with our future and our school performance. It is essential to know what human motivation means, the types of motivation that exist, the theories that discuss it, and how it relates to the field of education. Its study is important in Vocational Education since it has been shown that it has an effect on career choice, as well as on the intention to drop out and on satisfaction with the education received. In this Master's Final Work, a systematic review is done to make an approach to this concept and its educational impact using the existing scientific literature, with the aim of making an analysis of it applied to vocational training. At the same time, this work is intended to lay the groundwork for future research that will be based on the conclusions reached in this paper
