Comparación de pruebas de funciones premotoras y la relación con funciones ejecutivas

Abstract

Las funciones premotoras se corresponden con la capacidad de planificación, organización y ejecución secuencial de movimientos y acciones complejas, mientras que las funciones ejecutivas se encargan de los procesos de generación, regulación ejecución efectiva y el reajuste de conductas dirigidas a objetivos. Este estudio tiene dos objetivos: comparar el rendimiento entre jóvenes y adultos en: Clave de Números (WAIS-IV), COWAT, DEX, secuencias motoras manuales (NEPSY-II) y prueba de funciones premotoras de Luria, y por otro lado estudiar la validez convergente de las dos pruebas de funciones premotoras. Los resultados obtenidos, mediante una muestra de 27 participantes divididos por edad: joven (M= 22.6, DT= 1.96) y adulto (M=53.3, DT=3.10), indican que los jóvenes presentan mayor rendimiento en funciones atencionales, velocidad de procesamiento, fluidez verbal semántica y funciones premotoras, y que además existe validez convergente entre la prueba de Luria de coordinación recíproca y secuencias motoras manuales de NEPSY-II.
