El papel del entrenador como agente pedagógico en deportes federados de equipo

Abstract

El presente proyecto de investigación aborda el análisis del papel del entrenador en los deportes colectivos federados desde una perspectiva pedagógica. Se investiga cómo los entrenadores pueden actuar como educadores no sólo mejorando el rendimiento deportivo, sino también fomentando el desarrollo integral de los/as jugadores. El estudio profundiza en la formación, las decisiones y las estrategias pedagógicas de los coaches, y cómo influyen en la motivación, la confianza y la cohesión del equipo. Además, mediante encuestas dirigidas a atletas y entrenadores de diversas disciplinas deportivas que constituyen la base de la metodología, se reúne la información necesaria para evaluar si los instructores deportivos poseen las habilidades pedagógicas adecuadas; o si realmente existe una necesidad de pedagogos deportivos dentro de cada equipo que puedan fomentar un desarrollo más holístico en torno a los deportistas.

This research project addresses the analysis of the role of the coach in federated collective sports from a pedagogical perspective. It investigates how coaches can act as educators not only improving athletic performance, but also fostering the integral development of players. The study delves into the training, decisions and pedagogical strategies of coaches, and how they influence the motivation, confidence and cohesion of the team. In addition, through surveys of athletes and coaches from various sports disciplines that form the basis of the methodology, information is collected to assess whether sports instructors have the appropriate pedagogical skills; or whether there is a real need for sports pedagogues within each team who can foster more holistic development around athletes.
