La pensión por desequilibrio económico en España

Abstract

Nos llevó a reunirnos el deseo de conocernos, de compartir experiencias y los problemas diarios en materia de familia, de niñez y adolescencia, de las personas mayores, todo ello con una problemática muy especial, y necesitada de soluciones actuales, que sin perder su esencia sepa dar respuesta completa a los mismos. Descubrimos que nos une una misma realidad y un mismo deseo, saber dar la mejor solución a cada unidad familiar, a cada problemática personal; recogiendo los mejores antecedentes de nuestro derecho y siendo capaces de dar nuevas respuestas, contribuyendo a una jurisprudencia actualizada y realista. Con esta obra, queremos contribuir a conocernos mejor, ayudarnos, valorar todo el esfuerzo de nuestro trabajo, y, a buscar soluciones conjuntas, que en este mundo cada vez se hacen más necesarias. Nos gustaría que fuera la primera de muchas porque es una suerte habernos conocido y trabajado juntos.

We were united by the desire to meet each other, to share experiences and daily problems related to the family, childhood and adolescence, of the elderly, and this with a very specific problem, and in need of current solutions, without losing its essence, knows how to give them a complete answer. We discovered that we are united by the same reality and the same desire, to know how to give the best solution to each family unit, to each personal problem; gathering the best precedents of our law and being able to give new answers, contributing to an updated and realistic jurisprudence. With this work, we want to know each other better, to help each other, to value all the effort of our work, and to look for joint solutions, which are becoming more and more necessary. We would like this to be the first of many because we are lucky to have met and worked together.
