Propuesta educativa para el fortalecimiento del grado de ADE en la Universidad de La Laguna

Abstract

El presente trabajo de Fin de Grado tiene como finalidad establecer un acercamiento entre el sistema universitario y el mercado laboral. En primer lugar, se analizan las nuevas tendencias del mercado de trabajo y del sistema universitario así como la conexión entre ambos. A continuación, se realiza un análisis cualitativo de la oferta que ofrece la Universidad de La Laguna (ULL) en la Facultad de Economía, Empresa y Turismo, concretamente en el grado en Administración y Dirección de Empresas (ADE). Además, se desarrolla un estudio comparativo del grado de ADE y de las titulaciones de máster y doble grado relacionadas con esta carrera a nivel nacional. Esto permitirá conocer la estructura de dicho grado en las universidades más competitivas con el fin de detectar las peculiaridades o razones del prestigio que se les otorga a las mismas. Finalmente, se presentará una propuesta respaldada por los argumentos expuestos que establecen la semipresencialidad, un MBA, un Doble grado en ADE+Derecho y menciones especializadas como las mejores opciones para fortalecer el grado en la ULL y conseguir una posición competitiva en los principales rankings de estudios superiores

The purpose of this Final Degree Project is to establish a connection between the university system and the labor market. First, it analyzes the new trends in the work market and the university system, as well as the connection between both. Then, a qualitative analysis of the offer offered by the University of La Laguna (ULL) in the Faculty of Economics, Business, and Tourism, specifically in the Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE) is carried out. Additionally, a comparative study is developed between the ADE degree and related master's and double degree programs at national level.This will allow to know the structure of such degree in the most competitive universities in order to detect the peculiarities or reasons of the prestige that is granted to them Finally, a proposal supported by the arguments presented will be introduced, establishing semi-presential learning, an MBA, a double degree in ADE+Law, and specialized mentions as the best options to strengthen the degree at ULL and achieve a competitive position in the main higher education rankings.
