Comparativa intergeneracional del sector de la construcción

Abstract

El presente Trabajo de Fin de Grado se presenta como una investigación cualitativa que estudia el caso de tres generaciones de trabajadores del Sector de la Construcción. Así, primeramente se realizó un análisis del contexto de la industria para entender la evolución en la que la muestra se ha visto envuelta. Siendo la principal meta estudiar los cambios de este oficio a través de conversaciones con los propios trabajadores, se ha conseguido obtener relatos de primera mano, lo que ha permitido realizar una comparativa intergeneracional gracias a hombres tinerfeños con diferentes características sociodemográficas. Los diferentes testimonios permitieron la comparación del propio contexto, además de las condiciones laborales que se han presentado a lo largo de la serie histórica y las diferencias educativas a las que han optado.

This Final Degree Project is presented as a qualitative investigation that studies the case of three generations of workers in the Construction Sector. Thus, first an analysis of the industry context was carried out to understand the evolution in which the sample has been involved. The main goal being to study the changes in this profession through conversations with the workers themselves, it has been possible to obtain first-hand accounts, which has allowed an intergenerational comparison to be made thanks to Tenerife men with different sociodemographic characteristics. The different testimonies allowed the comparison of the context itself, in addition to the working conditions that have occurred throughout the historical series and the educational differences to which they have opted.
