Tutela del derecho a la libertad religiosa en la diversidad de creencias actuales

Abstract

The historical evolution of the right to religious freedom in Spain from the beginning of the democratic transition to the present day will be discussed, as well as how it is included in our Constitution and its beginnings, and how this right is received by the rest of the legal system. We will also talk about the possible religious confessions closest to our legal system and how to avoid the possible inequality that may be generated between them, as well asmentioning how these regulations will affect the future ofour country

Será debatido la evolución histórica en cuanto al derechoa la libertad religiosa en el Estado español desde el iniciode la transición democrática hasta la actualidad, tanto como es recogido por nuestra Constitución y sus inicios, así como es recibido este derecho por el resto del ordenamiento jurídico, también hablaremos de las posibles confesiones religiosas más cercanas a nuestro ordenamiento jurídico y como evitar la posible desigualdad que se pueda llegar a generar entre ellas, además de mencionar cómo afectará estas normas al futuro de nuestro país.
