Cambios en la educación especial tras los cambios de Gobierno

Abstract

Esta revisión teórica tiene como objetivo informar sobre los significativos cambios que experimenta el sistema educativo, con especial énfasis en la atención a la diversidad, cada vez que se produce un cambio de gobierno. Se identifican y analizan todos aquellos factores que resultan afectados negativamente al implementar estas dinámicas sin considerar la opinión de los actores involucrados en el sistema educativo. Nuestro propósito es destacar la importancia de reflexionar y tomar conciencia al momento de modificar o reformar las leyes educativas, así cómo tener en cuenta las opiniones de los agentes educativos que se ven principalmente afectados por estas reformas.

This theoretical review aims to inform about the significant changes experienced by the educational system, with a particular focus on attention to diversity, whenever there is a change in government. It identifies and analyzes all those factors that are negatively affected when implementing these dynamics without considering the opinions of the stakeholders involved in the educational system. Our purpose is to highlight the importance of reflecting and being conscious when modifying or reforming educational laws.
