Diferença e unidade: as práticas da Associação de Agroturismo Acolhida na Colônia em Urubici

Abstract

O artigo mostra como as práticas no território de Urubici (sul do Brasil), contribuem para alcançar objetivos da associação estudada. A pesquisa baseou-se na imersão fenomenológica, combinando a observação participante e a entrevista em profundidade na coleta de dados. A teoria da prática e a noção de sensemaking contribuem para a compreensão dos processos decisórios na estruturação de arranjos socioprodutivos com fins socioambientais, e na produção e aplicação do saber local na sustentabilidade do território. Os resultados apontam que as diferenças em relação à experiência originária da Associação Acolhida na Colônia, mostra-se como um novo arranjo socioprodutivo, com caminhos para alcançar objetivos comuns, fortalecer um paradigma emergente, e catalisar a força da relação entre o território de Urubici, a AAAC, e os turistas, com efeitos em toda a região. Recomenda-se a criação do Centro Cultural, Histórico e Gastronômico da Acolhida na Colônia Urubici como forma de concretizar esse novo arranjo.

The paper shows how practices in the territory of Urubici (South of Brazil), contribute to achieving the objectives of the association studied. The research was based on phenomenological immersion, combining participant observation and in-depth interviews in data collection. Practice theory and the notion of sensemaking contribute to the understanding of decision-making processes in structuring socio-productive arrangements for socio-environmental purposes and in the production and application of local knowledge in the sustainability of the territory. The results indicate that the differences concerning the authentic experience of the Acolhida na Colônia Association reveal themselves as a new socio-productive arrangement, with ways to achieve common goals, strengthen an emerging paradigm, and catalyse the strength of the relationship between the territory of Urubici, the AAAC, and tourists, with effects throughout the region. It is recommended to create the Cultural Center of the Acolhida na Colônia Association Urubici to materialize this new arrangement.
