This chapter focuses on the analysis of the ports of the island of Tenerife following the conquest of the island by the Crown of Castile. The different port enclaves and their trajectory throughout the first half of the fifteenth century are examined, with particular attention to two key aspects of port operation: infrastructures and the different tasks performed in them.
