Las mujeres en los estudios de Bachillerato: de la Ley General de Educación a la LOGSE (1970-1990)

Abstract

Con la realización de esta revisión teórica se estudia una serie de cambios educativos cruciales que tuvieron lugar en la segunda mitad del siglo XX en nuestro país, especialmente con la llegada de la Ley General de Educación (LGE) de 1970. Los cambios que trajo consigo esta ley se han analizado en base a lo que supusieron para el colectivo femenino de la época, víctima de una desigualdad de género latente desde los inicios del sistema educativo español. Para analizar el impacto que tuvo esta legislación en la mujer, en primer lugar seguimos un recorrido histórico a lo largo de los últimos siglos para comprobar las diferencias que ya de por sí existían previamente a la LGE. Luego nos centramos en la figura de la mujer en el Bachillerato que corresponde al período 1970-1990, también conocido como BUP, y el impulso hacia la igualdad de género educativa que la población femenina adquirió con la llegada de la democracia. A lo largo del trabajo se plasman los obstáculos e injusticias que la mujer ha debido superar, tanto en la Enseñanza Básica como en la Media, para ir consiguiendo poco a poco la tan ansiada igualdad educativa de género.

With the accomplishment of this theoretical review, we study a series of educational crucial changes that took place in the second half of the 20th century in our country, specially with the arrival of the Ley General de Educación (LGE) of 1970. The changes that it brought I obtain this law they have been analyzed on the basis of what they supposed for the feminine group of the epoch, victim of an inequality of latent kind from the beginnings of the educational Spanish system. To analyze the impact that had this legislation in the woman, first we follow a historical tour throughout last centuries to verify the differences that already of for yes existed before to the LGE. Then we centre on the figure of the woman on the Graduate who corresponds to the period 1970-1990, also known as BUP, and the impulse towards the educational equality of kind that the feminine population acquired with the arrival of the democracy. Along the work there take form the obstacles and injustices that the woman must have overcome, both in the Basic Education and in the Media Education, to be obtaining little by little such a longed educational equality for both sex.
