Caracterización de la edificación dispersa en El Valle de Las Mercedes. San Cristóbal de La Laguna

Abstract

Este estudio tiene como finalidad analizar la caracterización de la edificación dispersa del Valle de Las Mercedes, en el municipio de San Cristóbal de la Laguna, de la isla de Tenerife. El estudio aplica métodos cualitativos y cuantitativos. El catastro de naturaleza urbana y rústica es la fuente base del estudio y la que sustenta la toma de datos en el campo para su caracterización y actualización. Compararemos las edificaciones dispersas o agrupadas en pequeños núcleos tanto en suelo calificado como urbano o rústico. Esto nos ayudará a demostrar como la caracterización de la edificación sigue un mismo patrón tanto en un suelo como otro. La extensión de la edificación se realiza a través de una red irregular de viales, principalmente no asfaltados.

This study aims to analyze the characterization of the building scattered in the Valley of the Mercedes, in the municipality of San Cristóbal de la Laguna, the island of Tenerife. The study uses qualitative and quantitative methods. The cadastre of urban nature and rustic is the basis of the study and the underlying data collection in the field for its characterization and update. We will compare the buildings scattered or grouped in small clusters in both soil classified as urban and rustic. This will help us to demonstrate how the characterization of the building follows the same pattern in both a soil as another. The extension of the building is done through an irregular network of roads, mainly paved.
