This work arises from the interest in comparing spaced intervention versus massed intervention in patients with primary progressive aphasia and Alzheimer's disease. The participants were two 58-year-old women with the same level of education, diagnosed with these pathologies in 2022. The intervention was carried out at their homes at the request of their families. The objective is to analyze how the frequency of intervention affects comprehension, fluency, and naming. The results indicate that there are better outcomes with spaced intervention compared to massed practice. However, it is also necessary to consider the different progression of both pathologies in each of the participants. It is important to continue in this line of work to find evidence for the best intervention for people with primary progressive aphasia and Alzheimer's disease.
