Implantación de la norma UNE-EN ISO 9001:2015 en el Servicio de Espectroscopía Infrarroja de la Universidad de La Laguna

Abstract

El Servicio General de Apoyo a la Investigación (SEGAI) de la Universidad de La Laguna es una estructura destinada a dar soporte científico, instrumental y técnico a grupos de investigación de la propia institución y de otros centros de investigación. La prestación del servicio queda garantizada por la existencia de un sistema de gestión de calidad basado en la norma UNE-EN ISO 9001:2015, el cual incluye la “mejora continua” como uno de sus requisitos. El objetivo de este trabajo es el desarrollo de la documentación necesaria para incluir las actividades del Servicio de Espectroscopía Infrarroja de la Universidad de La Laguna dentro del alcance de la certificación del Sistema de Gestión de Calidad del SEGAI.

The General Service of Research Support (SEGAI) of the University of La Laguna is a structure intended to provide scientific, instrumental and technical support to the research groups of the institution itself and other research centers. The service is guaranteed by the existence of a Quality Management System based on the UNE-EN ISO 9001: 2015, which includes the "continuous improvement" as one of its requirements. The aim of this work is the development of the necessary documentation to include the activities of the Infrared Spectroscopy Service of the University of La Laguna within the scope of the certification of the Quality Management System of SEGAI.
