AB In the present document the Final Master’s Project framed in the modality ofeducational practice of the Master in Teacher Training in Obligatory Secondary andUpper Secondary School Education, Vocational Training and Languages of theUniversity of La Laguna, work produced during 2017-2018 academic year is developed.This programme is divided in three parts. The first part is a reflexive analysis andcritical assessment of the educational programming of the Biology and Geologydepartment of the C.E.O. Bethencourt y Molina. A public school located in the island ofTenerife, specifically in Barranco Grande, where educational practices take place, in theSecondary Education stage.In the second part an Annual Program is carried out, framed in the context of thecenter, and which consists of 9 teaching units of which the one entitled Food and Nutritionis selected, which is developed in the third part of this project.
