This has been object of several reforms in its regulation in recent years, especially in 2012, whose aimed to achieve greater internal flexibility, productivity and competitiveness in the field of companies. In this legal concept, we can find a number of affected subjects, such as the working day, the schedule and distribution of working time, the work shift regime, the system of remuneration and salary amount or system of work, among other possible. Therefore, the main objective of this Final Master's Project (TFM) is to carry out an exhaustive analysis of what the substantial modifications of working conditions entail, also from a jurisprudential point of view, taking into account the numerous judicial sentences existing in the matter. In addition, we will emphasize the situation of the worker in the face of a substantial modification of their working conditions, as the backbone of any company and productive system; as well as the legal procedure required to make such modifications, whether they are individual or collective. Atthis point, we will try to claim the need for jobs and working conditions that suit the needs of workers and not so much of companies.
