AB The objective of this exploratory and descriptive study has been to know the areasunder laying the level of satisfaction in users of Welfare Services, and create a questionnairethat included their perceptions of them. It was used a qualitative method, through discussiongroups in 4 town halls in Tenerife (2 northern area, 2 southern area) with 21 participants intotal. After the transcriptions of the contents in the interviews, the results hold that it´simportant the professional figure, infrastructures conditions and the conditions of the benefitsand quality of support provide by the professional. Consequently, this study elaborates aproporsal of a questionnaire with 26 items that include this elements.
