AB Workplace harassment - moral harassment - mobbing - harassment, despite to havedifferent definitions, it represents the same problem which all countries must to face. It isan emerging risk that, although it has always existed, is becoming increasingly virulentand generating negative consequences for the population. In addition to representing oneof the main psychosocial risks within organizations and that greatly affects when planningin the field of Occupational Risk Prevention.We have made an approach to workplace harassment from the birth of the concept itselfto the different ways in which it can be protected in our legal system, passing, briefly, forthe applicable regulations in Spain, as well as the characteristics of the harassing andharassed people.
