To do so, we carried out a questionnaire, as a quantitativeelement, to which different teachers from the northeast zone of the island answered. Thisbrought us closer to the reality in which they live and how they deal with this issue.Generally, we all know that dealing with gender issues is something that iscommonplace if we compare it to previous years, is for that reason that education has thefundamental role of teaching, both, kids and young people, focusing also on the female aspect,which has always been in an almost invisible state. Education has had, consciously orunconsciously, a fundamental role when it comes to promoting inequality and differencesbetween genders. In spite of political organigrams and different institutions representationsbeing in charged, little by little, of reaching a more egalitarian role, in almost every case it hasbeen done in vane, as the way of reaching this inclusion must be done, not from top to bottom,but from bottom to top. This means, the basis are established by education and this will continuegoing up in the pyramid until it reaches every sphere of social, political and labor life.
