AB Neurofeedback or EEG biofeedback is a technique used to learn how to self-regulate thefunctions of the brain through the measurement and feedback of the activity ofelectroencephalographic frequencies. The aim of this work is to offer a vision of what thistechnique can contribute in attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) in the adultpopulation. The studies found are scarce, but still show positive results in the symptomaticreduction of this disorder, which are maintained in the long term. More studies are neededto control non-specific effects.
