AB The present research offers an exploratory analysis of the digital didactic materials forSecondary Education and High School available in the institutional repository of the CanaryIslands Government Council of Education. Seventy two of them have been selected for a moredetailed analysis. The results reveal some strong points, such as the clear purpose ofdeveloping an efficient digital repository, the publication of numerous learning situations withICT, or the abundance and quality of Canarian content resources. But, at the same time,weaknesses, such as the shortage of materials for many educational areas or those written inforeign languages; among the materials of own production, technological simplicity, lowinteractivity and little pedagogical definition predominate.
