In this work, we aim to analyse riskperception of sexually transmitted diseases (STD) on the basis of their didactictransposition.Didactic transposition is a complex process and a prey to misunderstandings, due tothe scientific knowledge adaption is not easy in order to generate learning objects.These misunderstandings can affect the STD risk perception of teenager students.Lack of scientific rigor was shown from common books from Secondary Teaching’sreview. A teachers group interviewed, agreed on finding misconceptions among thebooks used for teaching and the lack of awareness of didactic transposition concept.They assessed a better risk perception of the students before the lessons.
