AB Using analog resources is a valuable pedagogic tool for the teaching andlearning process. In areas like Geology, where it is difficult to reproduce in theclassroom or the school lab the conditions where geological phenomena happen, thiskind of resources are even more crucial to produce meaningful and high-qualitylearning for students. The use of these resources also leads to a conceptual change thatmakes the students discard their previous erroneous assumptions. The activities of theEarth Learning Idea project were designed with this in mind
