AB This final Master´s Dissertation sets out an investigation about healthy habits and itsdevelopment in a Secondary Education School located in the southwestern region ofTenerife. Additionally, some other actions were performed with students from first andthird grades, in which they filled a questionnaire that is already being used by someschools that belong to a network promoted by the Canary Islands Government, namedRed de Escuelas Promotoras de Salud. The aim of this procedure was to explore andlearn more about eating habits, as well as their leisure ones. At the same time, sometasks took place, working with students in order to improve their knowledge abouthealthy habits in general. These sessions were performed during breaks and tutorialhours. At the end of the project, a reminder workday was carried out, in which all thestudents were involved.
