An analysis of data has been carried out, data extracted from a semi-structured interview that has been applied to the users of the service, to the work counsellors and to the training manager, and in which the appraisals of the interviewees are collected through different open questions: the interview directed to the users has a total of 31 questions, and the one directed to the professionals a total of 18 questions.A qualitative methodology has been used, through the content analysis of the answers, identifying the categories found (categorization) in the analysis of the questions asked, and making a reduction of the data through a comparative analysis of the different categories. Through this methodology an attempt has been made to describe, identify and interpret the responses in order to detect the valuations of the participants. The results obtained indicate that the users value the project positively, as well as the different professionals who were interviewed. Considering that the project goes beyond inserting them into the workplace, but with it, thanks to the training that is given, the participants improve their skills and/or professional and personal competencies. In this way, both participants and professionals consider that it is a project that needs to be further developed, and should even reach a greater number of people. The conclusions of the study confirm that it is not only about improving the employability of the people who pass through the project, but that it has an even greater scope.
