AB The central aim of this paper is to review the different legal documents in answer tothe attention to diversity in the current Spanish Education regulation and the English asSecond Language curriculum of the compulsory secondary education (ESO), as well asthe several measures and programs that the Canary Council for Education provides.Therefore, a table has been created to compare the information of the main legal files ininclusive education, where the most relevant changes are highlighted and analyzed. As aconclusion, it is included a proposal for improvement, due to the lack of specificmeasures and solutions available.
