AB The group called care leavers young people leaving care who stop being under theadministrative supervision to reach the age of majority, are forced to have to moveforward as young people leaving care without have the maturity, experience, economicresources or social network of support necessary to face this situation with guarantees.This work aims to analyze the reality of these young people leaving care in their processto the transition to adulthood and know first hand what are the similarities anddifferences between the different Autonomous Communities when it comes to servingthis group, counting on the participation of experts in the matter to carry out suchresearch. The main results show some differences by communities, but also similaritiesin what refers to the reality experienced by the group of young people leaving care.
