A1 Santiago Cabrera, Cristina Maria K1 Carga Mental de Trabajo K1 Apego al lugar de trabajo K1 Satisfacción con el Trabajo AB The aim of this study is to evaluate the Mental Workload integrated by thedimensions of Cognitive Demands, Task’s Characteristics, TemporaryOrganization of work, Emotional Demands, and Mental Stress, as well asanalyze their relationship with Job Satisfaction and Workplace Attachment, in asample of 99 workers from different organizations. Following an ex post factoprospective analysis, the Subjective Mental Workload Scale - Revised (ESCAMRev), the Attachment at the Workplace Scale (AAWS) and the LaborSatisfaction Questionnaire S10 / 12. The results indicate that the participantswith the highest score in Mental Stress have higher scores in Avoidant orAnxious Attachment.
