AB Conflicts are natural in human interaction, this concept was important in the evolution of societyand nowadays it continues, whose evidence exists since Prehistory. Conflict can be found in manyareas and one of them is education, whose best-known conflicts are those that happen betweenstudents and are also tackled from a negative perspective, therefore, it is considered as an aspectoutside the educational labour. However, students are not the only ones who have conflicts, theyalso exist among the adults that take part in the educational community but these are not so wellknown and for that reason, throughout this work is going to be reviewed the scientific literature toknow the state of the studies on the conflict between adults in the educational area, studying themethodologies used, explore the conflict between the teachers and theirs with the family or viceversa and finally, conclusions will be drawn about the current state of the conflict between adultsin the educational area. This thematic review starts with different research articles a degree finalwork and a thesis where the conflict between family and teachers and even among theprofessionals. Conflicts in the educational area are seen as a negative issue that must be eliminated,which means a lack of response and training. If it were dealt in a positive way, it would be anopportunity for change and growth. One of the priorities in education is the improvement ofcoexistence, as established in the Organic Law 8/2013, of December 9, for the improvement ofeducational quality, at this point, is where the importance of mediation appears as an indispensableresource to face these existing conflicts in a constructive way.
