T1 La transmisión textual del "De Re Coquinaria" de Apicio: último estado de la cuestión

AB The aim of this paper is to resum in a few pages our knowledge about theso called De Re Coquinaria, attributed to Marcus Gavius Apicius. We analy¬se the most important "ingredients" of this text and we carefully describe hismanuscript transmission. Our stemma codicum completely coincide withthe M. E. Milham's editio teubneriana stemma. Our work represents oneof the basic researchs for our editio apiciana in the collection "FundacióBernât Metge".
