AB Even in our days, there are many primary schools in which they continue to teachthe different subjects of the curriculum separately, independently and with rigid schedules, asif these were watertight compartments without any connection between them; obviously, inreality, different events occur in a global and complex manner, with multiple elements thatinterrelate with each other and that depend on the most diverse areas of knowledge. It is forthis reason that a methodological change is necessary under a globalizing approach thatimplements the different areas of the curriculum in an interdisciplinary way and that allows towork its different contents globally. Thus, attending to the social and psych-pedagogicalsource of the curriculum itself, we will be applying teaching processes that provoke moremeaningful learning by considering the cognitive and affective structures of our students.
