AB Analysisof the different spectacular components which the cities employed in the royal receptionsin the realm of the Crown of Aragon and in the late middle ages (13th - 15th century).Among the different documented stagings (Naval battle, wild men, hobby horses, royalemblems, military feats of the monarchy), there are three which stand out because theyconstitute a very early reception of Petrarca in our culture: the Triumph of Love (Barcelona1397), the Triumph of Fame (Valencia 1402) and the Triumph of Death (Barcelona 1412),i.e. the staging of three of the six «Trionfi» of the Tuscan poet.
