AB This technical document is the academic final work develop by Adrian Jesus Correa asrequirement to conclude B.Sc Mechanical Engineer studies at Universidad de La Laguna. The aim of this engineering project is to develop and acquire important professionalcompetences, important and necessaries to work as engineer. From an academic point ofview, to do this project is mandatory to demonstrate acquired knowledge about this field ofengineering so far. The aim of this project is to design an industrial building for a use as storage and repairof construction machines. The building will have two different zones with adequate sizes tobe able to carry out the activities planned. Not only the design was carried, out but also thestructure calculus, the distribution analysis, electrical, plumbing and sanitation installations.On the other side, this project has a second objective: to show a modern and functionalsolution of a common problem, for that I have been applied the knowledge acquiredthroughout the university studies and I have applied the technical regulations in thefulfillment of laws.
