The development the extension of the human senses provided bythe modern instrumentation has allowed us to capture an increasingly realistic and humblevision of the cosmos. The so-called “concordance model” corresponds to the ΛCDMcosmological model supported by General Relativity in the macroscopic world and thestandard model of particle physics in the microscopic world. The problem of unificationbetween these two great theories is not the subject of this final degree project. This cosmological model, as indicated by its acronym, denotes a Universe composed of twoadditional components to the baryonic matter: dark matter and dark energy. However, itsnature is unknown and its existence cannot be firmly established. In this context, numerousreinterpretations of the observations that were used to postulate the dark matter and energyhypothesis arise, with the desire to be validated experimentally in the future. In this work, some of the most important models that have arisen as alternatives are considered: thenegative mass model, the MOND theories, the 𝑓(𝑅) theories, the Chaplygin gas model or theentropic gravity model. Post-Newtonian parametrization or angular redshift fluctuations arealso mentioned as observational constraints of new models that could help discarding sometheories and supporting others.
