AB The professional groups were established in the great Labor reform of 2015.As of this year, collective agreements have been reformed to adapt to the newclassification of jobs.Some of the Canary Islands conventions will be studied with the objective ofanalyzing what has been the classification of the professional groups, theirfunctional mobility as to whether it is more or less flexible, the tasks of thegroups, training... And if reference is made to functional polyvalent clauses.Emphasis will be placed on the most relevant sectors of activity in the Provinceof Las Palmas of Gran Canarias and Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
