AB This innovation project called “Learning Mathematics in Physical Education. Adidactic proposal for the 2º year of Primary Education”, aims to develop the mats while thephysical activity is stimulated.Physical Education is an important subject that helps to develop a lot of skills andabilities. Thus, physical exercise will be interdisciplinary applied in other wide, creative andinnovative areas such as mathematics.This project suggests developing activities that will foster the development of bothfields promoting a motivating, ground-breaking and meaningful learning of mathematicalcontents. Those contents, such as geometry and problem-solving activities, will be workedthrough the acquisition of the basic motor skills. For Physical Education we will use; balls,hoops, cones, etc. We will put into practice some competences through group activities,allowing the students to experiment, manipulate and investigate enriching experiences.
